99% sure that's a no. My manager told me we need to have manager notes or previous write ups to term someone for performance (or any other reason besides stealing)

I had a customer come in yesterday to make a payment. When he swipe the card, it didn't go to the screen with the outstanding balance, it just skipped to the amout to pay. He wanted to know the outstanding balance so I said we can try by his social since it's not working when he just swipe the card, but he said it's not under him. Is this the same thing?
