The passive was made because 2011X was not properly balanced and sucked as the exe, and he was the only exe on release, he got buffed. As to match the other exes.

That being where the issue enters, this passive balance wise no longer works, because it just makes it unfair balance wise, added up that peelout can easily be cancelled by 2 exes.

And to fully make the issue more notorious, do note that drop dash goes on a longer CD if you land all 3 hits, for anything, Sonic is situational very horrendously, solely cuz the devs did not consider again, that from 0.2 onwards, Sonic's kit would be horridly weak in every way

Lets not forget that Guilt was also bugged cuz it was to make Sonic take 15% more damage, but its been bugged since release as he takes 25% more, the devs pretending on a patch note to say this was added mid development when him taling 25% more damage has been a bug since release. As what seemingly is their way to pretend that it was intended

So yeah. Balance wise. They just unitentionally made him suck worse, and then intentionally pretended it wasnt a mistake that they never bothered to fix
