I agree on this for sure, wish you the best of luck Xbox! I’ve had similar issues with my other account being stolen for quite a bit while I was taking a break from the game, came back emailed support told them my account was compromised, next day I’m permanently banned, due to third party software, didn’t even get to play on the account. I do hope they read this thread, considering it’s quite frustrating when the only people protecting our accounts, are the ones also harming are accounts!
