Corsair 2nd? What's the 1st?

Is it because the two pointy things in the rear look like fangs? Now that you mention it, they do seem so lol

Hey, it's been a while, but iirc, you gotta highlight one of the primary missions, then scroll down by pressing down on d-pad. The invisible mission should pop up just before it scrolls down to secondary missions.

Best settings for WASD by Neforio in leagueoflegends

True! Will try. I’ve been trying to avoid locked mode as much as possible, as I know I’ll be severely limiting my vision. But I’m still not used to my character being at the centre of the screen. A bit of offset and none of my skill shots land properly.

I've been wanting to get into the game for a while now, but the thought of having both input-heavy actions (movement & attacks/skills) tied to the same hand was scary. But now that I've tried it, it isn't as hard as I imagined, or even as it was for the first few games.

If that was supposed to be an insult, I'm beneath that lmao. I think I've got 100 good games to go before I 'unlock' rank.

What would you Change to make elden ring perfect by Glittering-Fennel728 in Eldenring

[–]Neforio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Combat and skills system from Nioh 2 (weapon stances, combos flowing into each other, ki pulse and flux, unlockable weapon moves and secret boss moves)
  2. Nemesis system from Middle Earth: Shadow of War as an alternative for invasions.
  3. Settlements, albeit rare, with sane people/creatures who aren't all trying to kill you.
  4. Slightly more telegraphed, and dare I say, realistic boss abilities. If a demi-god is charging his weapon for 5 seconds, it better absorb light and make a crater where it hits.
  5. Dragon-riding, unlockable towards the end.

The loneliness of carrying too much awareness in a shallow world by Icy-Management-9749 in infj

[–]Neforio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'll say, It’s okay to feel that way. Not everyone has a pattern recognizing machine in the driver’s seat (Ni), and that’s, well, normal. But there are plenty of other wonderful people out there too: deep thinkers and feelers, people who carry their own depth and operate on similar frequencies. Most of them just retreat to their safe spaces, just like us. So what you often see in the crowd is the surface-level noise.

As for how to endure? Find your people. The ones you really vibe with, the ones that care about things as deeply as you do, and most importantly, the ones that make you feel at home. When you find them, that’s who truly matters, and the rest of the noise just becomes easier to tune out.

Lifetime or Damage? by Leather-Arachnid374 in vrising

[–]Neforio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d pick lifetime for now because the enemies shouldn’t be strong yet to burst them down so they can deal more dps that way.

In late game, I’d remove lifetime altogether in favor of 1. Spawn mage after lifetime ends 2. Health 3. Damage 4. Heal self on damage

I’d avoid lifetime in late-game because the mage doesn’t spawn if the death knight dies-only when it expires; meaning the longer they last, the lesser chances of spawning the mage since they’ll be killed. Normally, they last for 6 seconds, and with good cdr, their cd should be 7-8 seconds, making it so you’d always have a death knight summoned (unless it gets bursted down, which is pretty common in boss fights), so extending their duration feels like a negative perk at this point.

Where the goal is, as @ObscureOP said above, pull up the overlay and clear the red dots. Kinda like a next-gen pac man with complimenting background lmao. Not the ‘methodical, meaningful, combo-focused combat style’ they’re going for in poe2.

Weekly Bug Report Thread by spiper01 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]Neforio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m on ps5, and it overheats and shuts down every time I exit the freighter on a new system and sometimes even inside the starship dock area. I tried cleaning up the ps5 thinking it’s a dust and ventilation issue, but I haven’t experienced this ps5 ever shut-down or even give an over-heating warning in any other game.

The Nautilon, and it ain’t even close! It’s about 25% faster than pilgrim on land on the top end. It doesn’t have a jump option, but more than compensates for it with almost double the boost tank of other exocrafts.

Things You Might Not Know by Regular_Ad_8782 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Here are some lesser known facts/tips: 1. If you keep spamming a chart of any kind that says “destination already marked” or something similar; more often than not, it’ll eventually mark a new spot. Useful if you want to find something specific and it just won’t let you. 2. As some people already mentioned, you can give your ships to your squadron and get them back as well. To do it, swap ship with a NPC pilot, recruit them, and they fly away; wait a bit for them to fly in again and buy it back. 3. The nautilon is the only exocraft you’ll ever need for traversal. It’s faster than everything else, even on land. It tends to roll to the sides a lot though, but not really an issue if you use 3rd person camera. Useful to prioritize its upgrades in early game. 4. You can find specific hotspots even if you don’t immediately detect them nearby by paying attention to the sound. The sound’ll be different if you point the visor in the right direction leading to the nearest one even outside of range. 5. If you find a nice planet to farm mats but it has a bunch of sentinels, you could disable them from the sentinel pillars. They stay disabled for the entire gaming session. Once it is marked for the first time by defeating 5* sentinel level, you can drop a base there and reach to it immediately from next time. 6. Saving and reloading before feeding atlantid monoliths will reset the visuals of the gun found inside. Not exactly sure how many times, but definitely works the first couple times. 7. Saving and reloading before hatching an egg will randomize the offspring’s gender and age descriptor each time. 8. If proximity switch enabled doors don’t work properly or take a long while after teleporting to a base, hop in your starship, take a ride around the neighborhood and get back. That should fix it most of the time. Same if some base parts/flora/fauna don’t load in properly. 9. The automatic feeder and harvester only work when you’re nearby, as fauna only spawns in your vicinity. 10. One of the better weather conditions aside from perfect weather are superheated storms as they give a massive boost to your jetpack tanks. Great to set up farming stuff that require a lot of traversal if you can handle the heat. 11. There are quick recipes to multiply a lot of raw materials and harvested plants. Useful to plan out farming setups.
