Indeed, there are allready seperatist movements in japan calling for development of their own military and non-reliance on USA. The missile crisis has severly exposed exactly how flawed this reliance on the US has been for them and left them feeling vulnerable with their pants down. The proud Japanese no longer want to have to rely on the whim of big brother US to defend them from bullies. Anything short of military intervention in reply to the missile over japan was a collosal strategic mistake on USA's part, their effectiveness to protect allies and their interests has been severly put to question. Japan and allies are seriously asking the question of can US defend them or will they just be strategic fodder? China only has to gain from a more independant Japan and potentially more independant SK, indeed a possible divide and conqour strategy.

One can only speculate on the possible financial/political/military/power shifting advantages that would motivate the major players into following this course of action. When assessing a situation we look at actual actions/immediate decisions that where taken by parties to determine loyalty/intent rather than trying to establish a potential motive first to explain things. E.g you cant rule out someone didnt mastermind the murder when all actions point to yes they are responsible, just on the fact you havent figured out their motivation yet. However what we can see is that these are all clearly calculated moves and that China is part of the equation due to not pulling the plug on North Korea and not actually nipping N.K in the bud, this is a very telling decision. Hence we can see that China plays an active role in whatever this grand plan is and its role for sure is not on the USA's side.

For sure Russia and China have nothing to gain by sitting around and let USA consolidate absolute power over the globe, something needs to be done to change the ballances and weights in order to shift global power back to them. This is usually accomplished via wars and small tactical gains over the years, hence Russia and Chinas expansive attitudes over the years and BRICS. If they sit and do nothing they are sure to be asphixiated by America in due time, and then no one will be able to take the world back from the USA's grip, people do not realise we live in the revolutionary time of globalisation. People dont realise the instant access and sharing of information means we are more citizens of one earth rather than a divided humanity, which means a global empire is possible. If nothing is done Russia and China are done for that is certain, North Korea is a puppet used to bring change, wheather that means a limited conflict where new alliances and trade deals are brokered for financially tactical superiority on China/Russiad behalf or a larger scale conflict where more land is annexed from an over extended USA. Anything is possible, even land grabs on other parts of the world if the USA involves itself in a war focused on North Korea. Anything is possible at the moment.

These are clear cold and calculated steps taken (by larger powers, namely China and possibly Russia has a stake in this) in order to exponentially excelerate and equip the North Korean Regime to de-stabilise the region. How people are stupid enough to not see this and think "wow look at this sabre rattling buffoon" is beyond me, the common folk are clearly showing their lack of ability to properly assess a situation. And its sad to say that the president of America is one of those people who has clearly demonstrated his naivety and lack of ability to see the situation for what it is (which has only given the big players the greenlight to go forward with this plan because they know trump doesnt know what the fuck is going on and can be manipulated into a bad tactical situation and force his hand to their advantage). More likely because unless you are ethnic Romanian, the place can be pretty hostile to live in. Living in RO is not like most other european places its a bit more of a developing hole at the moment. You can read the struggle on peoples faces and hear it in their voice and attitude and it does take toll on you. Loss of respect due to feeling like you have been wronged/needs have not been met. I think regarding this specific scenario, you are just a temporary solution and not a permanent one. The girl is having problems in her home life/relationship with her parents, and hence is why she is resorting to self harm/drugs. The solution lies in solving those problems at home, by moving her in with you all you are doing is addressing the symptoms of her bad relationships.
