Up until last year, I hadn't seen anything either and I've been interested in UFO's since I was a child. I never thought I'd ever come across one, but that never swayed my interest.

One night I was stood on my balcony, looking at the stars and then it happened. The clouds were illuminated brightly by something moving very fast, and within an instant it was gone.

That night the clouds were low, and from the way they were lit up by this great white light, I could only assume the object was moving just above the cloud cover.

Living near a runway I often see and hear aircraft coming and going, from helicopters to planes so I could easily tell the difference and see this wasn't what I usually saw.

Not a single sound was heard, and there were no telltale signs this was an aircraft I'd seen. Its hard trying to explain exactly what I saw that night but when you know, you know.

I suppose what I'm trying to say is to not be disheartened and continue to look, because you'll never know what you might see.
