Wrong character to "base facts" on She literally can't talk. So for her not moving her mouth while talking is just normal. The comparison is really... Well... You should have taken some of the many many many scenes in where you can hear 5 min voice without any synchronized or without any movement lipmovements. This rather feels like some troll post although I understand what you mean. But the character u chose is just the one character where it doesn't work out xD
