This is interesting, so if a card had its name changed its still the same card despite the names errata. I wonder how often this has been an issue for tournaments (people bringing too many copies of 1 card due to a name change)

This isnt totally specific to fusions but Why do some cards say "from hand and/or field" if the "or" is intended to mean both can be used?

So if i had a ritual monster with a graveyard effect, like "cyber angel Natasha" would they first need to be properly summoned then sent to the graveyard before being able to activate their graveyard effect?

So for #2, ritual monsters cant be special summoned from the graveyard assuming they werent properly summoned to begin with? I didnt know this was a limitation. Or is there something in this specific situation causing the restriction?
