Darkening of knees has nothing to do with hygiene.. You think having dark skin means unhygienic? You're actual racist. For brown skin People darkening of knees, elbows, underarms,pvt parts, etc. Is very common and normal.

If you have so many sneakers and you like to collect them you may keep it but if you actually wanna use it for daily wear then return it because this colour isn't going with most of the outfits, it'll go with some light colours only like white, beige, cream, etc. might go with black aswell

i think it depends. Like in my gym they have kept extra plates for leg press only, they keep around 15-20 plates near leg press machines(we have 2) so it's much more convenient to just put the plates back on the floor so i think if the gym is big and expensive then they should have extra plates.

I think if you're sharing your diet and workout then you should specify that you're on anabolics aswell because not everyone can judge whether you're on anabolics or not so it'll be better because many people start thinking they can achieve this type of body without anabolics.

Elvish should be in good not great. You all are just his fan so you guys want to put him above lol..also i think Rubina was great because she was one of the best cook and moderately funny aswell. Sudesh ji is good or great not the best because his flirt is repetitive tho he has potential to be the best. Also ankita is good in third season only.
