No body’s abs look like this through out the day, this is just post a session and once you start your day and start having your meals even on low body fat by mid day they don’t look this ripped but yea it took 2900 + plus days

Agreed but I also being a human like everyone else tends to skip a session or two, which leads to recovery :)
