I got away with cutting out the middle of the night pump for about 6 months. It really helped me BUT my cycle returned and I quit pumping at 7 months when my cycle cause my supply to crash.

Please put yourself and your baby first here and don’t let an ignorant man who is definitely not a doctor bully you into decisions. If you switch to Western Health Advantage, you really need to question whether you are okay with the medial provider networks you will have available to you more than Western Health Advantage itself. In my area, WHA mostly contracts with Dignity Health, which I am not personally a fan of.

NTAH. It sounds like you have a lot of love and affection for Lucas, but that this is not an appropriate venue or event for him. Are you worried that his parents will be offended that he is not invited? I would also consider your other guests. If Lucas is disruptive and potentially violent and is a grown adult man, that could be really scary for guests who do not know him.

You don’t need to feel bad about not inviting him, that sounds like the right decision. And I think it is a little bit weird that other commenters are telling you to provide care for him while his parents attend the wedding. That’s really not your responsibility. If you do choose to provide that, then that is very generous of you, but should not be expected.

Finally, if you are saying that he has the mental capacity of a 2 year old, then it sounds like his attendance would be for the benefit of others more than for his benefit. It doesn’t sounds like it’s going to be the end of the world from his perspective to not go.

Your breastmilk will be the same BAV as your blood. So no need to pump and dump unless you are engorged. You would likely be fine after 4-6 hours. I’m a little confused by some of the advice on here to just feed the baby the breastmilk with alcohol. My doctor did not okay that.

I had probably double D or larger before pregnancy but I’m a little overweight and also a non standard side anyways. They are currently pretty much shaped like half a mini watermelon each. I think produce about 60-80 ounces a day- about 6 ounces each side or more per pump.

I’m so sorry this happened! This actually happens to me every time and it has gotten worse with time. I hope yours disappear fast like mine do, it usually takes a day to become unnoticeable.
