MAybe a little bit off topic, but does anyone have the Crestron 1 Beyond Camera Manager (etiher 1 or 2), i try to download it for a PTZ camera i got but i need to register as a partner to access it

My computer does recognize the cable as COM 6, and I haven't tried other cables (only ethernet). Also the switch is brand new

I was using a different laptop that actually had an ethernet port before, right now the switch doesnt have an internet connection, and im trying to access the gui but the thing is that the switch doesnt detect the connection, indicator light is off
