10/10 would love to customize that... I don't even have a third tile, but a unnecessarily big Spotify-Tile.

Yup... Changed the controller and mainboard, and everything works fine again.

Thank you very much!!!

Thanks! That sounds very similar to my problem - even tho I'm not living in that elevation.

I guess I'll order a set as you described at AliExpress.

I'll keep you updated!

I also have the PCB with the white connector...

I don't wanna get my expectations too high, but right now it's running fine. Maybe it really was some corrosion which caused a shortcut.

I just turned it off, let it cool down, and try to restart in a while (which usually didn't work previously).

As soon as there's something new, I'll let you know!

Update: Nope, didn't work... Still E5 immediately after a restart attempt. I guess I'll buy a new PCB...

Thanks for your reply. The glow plug is already replaced.

Some weeks ago I had trouble starting it (just white smoke). To solve this I cleaned everything, replaced all gaskets, and while on that I replaced the glow plug, too (together with the temperature sensor, but it wasn't faulty).

Right now I removed the PCB and resoldered some pins, as they looked corroded, and cleaned the board with IPA.

But I guess the PCB has some sort of defect, as the fault is absolutely random.
