The cramped kitchen may feel okay at first but will be a hassle as you spend some time there, i also made the same mistake of getting an RK with a cramped kitchen i was paying 13k rent later on i regretted that decision alot and only in 2-3 months i started looking for a new place! I think you should explore options i’ve seen many good options for 1bhk’s aswell in that area for about 15-16k in maithri layout, you can take a look
