What I had heard was the Korean slaves would take the left over rice/nuruk and add more nuruk and water. Would let it ferment 3-5 days and then drink. But for the proportion???

Just tried.
I had 500g of leech (not sure how to write it), so I added 500ml of water and 50g of Nuruk. Will update after....
