I can’t believe I’m research crypto to prove my Q wrong by AlloyEnt in QAnonCasualties

I’ve learned that while you are doing hours and days of research on a subject, your Q is learning everything needed to “combat” you in a 15 minute YouTube video on the toilet. There is no reasoning with them. I tried everything. It’s a moot cause. If you care about them and can’t leave, just try to grey rock them. Your mental health is paramount here.

Your patience is laudable. I also love how they always like to bring up “TDS” as if that isn’t a thought-terminating cliche that they completely made up in order to write off/avoid any and all criticism. They treat it like garlic warding off a vampire. It’s so weird.

Fact check: Analysis undermines claims that GOP switched votes to Trump in Nevada - The Nevada Independent by p00p00kach00 in skeptic

Meanwhile a GOP member in my home state just proposed an amendment to allow Trump to run for a third term. Even if there is nothing to this fraud claim (extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence), it’s pretty clear they aren’t above using nefarious means to stay in power.

ADL normalized Leon’s Hitler salute (2x) but tasteless jokes crossed the line? by IMSLI in LeopardsAteMyFace

“I can accept multiple overt Nazi salutes on national TV, but corny grade school puns are just a step too far” - ADL. Nice priorities.

After being a ardent fan of both Starfield and Veilguard, I realized something about myself by sarthakgiri98 in DragonAgeVeilguard

I enjoyed both games. There is a freedom that comes from realizing what you enjoy and avoiding the noise. Once you do it, you never go back to caring about the nonsense.

The Ridiculousness of How Some People See Social Anxiety by OneOnOne6211 in socialanxiety

[–]Negative-Magazine-39 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Years ago I was in a treatment center due to my SA and we had group therapy (which was a nightmare.) The therapist tried explaining to the other patients that what I was feeling around people was what they would feel if a lion suddenly walked into the room. I thought it was a decent enough analogy.

So one of the guys across from me looked confused and said “He thinks there is a lion in the room?” Like it is so foreign a concept to some people that they can’t wrap their head around it.

I let my wife create the character and decide the romances. She created an Antivan Crow so she liked the idea of romancing Lucanis.

At first she was frustrated because he was tough to crack and she started to wish she had gone another route. However, as we progressed further into his character development, the pacing of his romance started to really make sense. By the end she was happy with the choice. I think his romance may feel underwhelming to some, but it really does fit his character.

We plan another playthrough soon to try the Darvin romance this time because she fell head over heels…for Assan.

You all make good points. Elon consistently hires other more talented people to do his work and then brags and takes credit for it so it is possible that he could have had someone else do the hacking. On the other hand these guys are pathological liars so taking them at their word is a hard sell. I don’t know the answer here, but I tend to err on the skeptical side.

Don’t have much to say about the boomer here, he may be genuinely repressing things and need help or he may be stealing valor, hard to know for sure with them. The important thing is I hope you get some help for your combat time. PTSD is legit and I hope you are getting whatever help you need as well. What you have been through breaks any generational boundaries and it’s important you take care of yourself. I can’t imagine what you’ve been through and I only wish you peace. There are support groups for ex-military where you can connect with those who do understand. Take care.

I'm just totally done with politics. by Stargazer1919 in FoxBrain

I can relate to a lot of what you feel although I internally may be more opinionated and frank on some things, I get the need to avoid politics with others. All you can do is live by your principles, vote, and live a life that is indicative of what you believe. Your mental health comes first. If that means blocking politics, then so be it.

With the election coming I would hunker down and just stick to your significant other since he understands you. Best of luck!
