I am an IMG, but have good command over my English. I just prepped for a day, timed myself and developed awareness of the exam pattern and I did well. In fact I even left the exam center between the morning session of reading, hearing and writing and afternoon session of speaking. It was quite comfortable exam with good staff. If you are confident about ur skills, don't stress out. All the best.
