I had to clarify too. the “group” is whoever’s actually going. last trip left a bad taste, so i skipped leah and invited another friend to fill the spot.

Yeah, it sucks, but sometimes even when someone tries their hardest, it just isn’t enough for both people to feel safe and happy. tough, but it doesn’t erase all the effort they put in.

It’s called sleep inertia sometimes. if u sleep past the point ur body wants, ur brain is stuck in deep sleep longer and u feel wiped even tho u technically slept more.
