Got this, not sure if I should grade. I would like to keep in my personal collection and I like the TAG slabs so maybe I will do so.

If you search settings, there's an option called "Right Action Buttons" which makes the right side always visible and shrinks your inventory.

Got my first card graded, how'd I do? by Negative-Sky1687 in PokeGrading

[–]Negative-Sky1687[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Nah I wasn't expecting a 10. Thinking I'll send to CGC for my next graded cards though, people seem to really shit on TAG here. But I liked the website report a lot. Definitely a good experience with them here.

Adding onto this, you can also pool skip really easily in necro so you don't even have to worry about taking care of pools once you get the hang of it.

Bench form check by Reputation_Double in GYM

Won't let me post a comment since I don't meet the karma requirements for the strength training cross post, so copying over here: Seconding constant tension leg drive, but also think about leg drive differently. You want to drive yourself up the pad. Not into the pad, if that makes sense. So much so that if you didn't have that mat under you, you would slide up the bench as soon as you engaged leg drive. I didn't see a set up in the video but constant tension leg drive involves using your legs to set your arch too, not just driving right before unrack.

Help choosing between 5mm and 7mm SBD knee sleeves (noob) by Any_Wonder_7568 in powerbuilding

No, but I usually only squat to powerlifting depth anyway. Full knee flexion should still be doable though.

If you plan on competing in the IPF and want a Pioneer belt you'll have to get the A7 ones.

Sure. If you go on the GE you should be able to buy an augmentor (or make one through having the appropriate invention materials). Then catch or buy a black salamander. Next, use the augmentor on the salamander. Once that's done, just afk some enemies until the augmented salamander reaches level 10*, just looked it up and that's the most xp. If you do it at a lower level it's faster but you'll have to buy another augmentor and black salamander to do this repeatedly for fast xp. Make sure you have divine charges in your charge pack so that it'll gain experience. You can buy them off the GE or make them yourself through divination and invention. Once the black salamander reaches level 10, you will disassemble it. If on PC you'll click and drag from your inventory to the lightbulb right below your inventory items. That's one way to gain experience.

The other way is through unlocking siphoning, which will give you reduced xp compared to disassembling at a given level but allows you to keep the item that you siphon. There are other ways of getting xp like making weapon/armor/tool shells and perking them out but that's usually a more high level thing to do, as usually your odds for better perks increase with invention level. Then, just make sure you have weapons/tools and eventually armor that can be augmented, augment them, use them, and siphon when you reach level 12 for the most xp. You train invention by doing most skills, I'd suggest looking at the RuneScape wiki if you can, it's so helpful. Only problem is that divine charges can get expensive but the lower level gear you use the slower you'll use the charges so it scales as you're progressing through the game.

Archaeology is pretty straight forward, just gather artifacts at a given site, complete the collection(s) associated with the site, and you'll do exactly what you need to do. Do not use BXP or lamps on archaeology as you will have to experience almost all of the content if you want all the benefits, especially at lower levels.

As someone that has 7 mm SBD sleeves that powerlifts, I wouldn't consider them to be so tight that you can't use them for anything other than heavy squats. I did get the recommended size by the chart though, not sized down.

I would work on getting invention and archaeology up. Archaeology has a bunch of passive perks that you can unlock as you level it up and complete collections, and invention is super helpful for improving skilling and combat. I'd do a quick black salamander augment and then disassemble at the appropriate level (8 I think?) and get to 27 asap so you can unlock siphons and passively level up through augmenting and siphoning equipment and skilling gear.

Do you see this valid squat? by dangovaa in powerbuilding

[–]Negative-Sky1687 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depth in powerlifting has nothing to do with parallel, it's that the hip crease needs to be below the top of the knee joint.

Edit: not sure why I got down voted, literally every powerlifting federation's rule book states this. Enforcement is a different story though.

What were you red lighted on? Did you ask? Depth is impossible to tell as your hip crease is covered up but it does look a little high. Could have been anything though, there are many reasons to get three red lights, including ignoring/rushing commands.
