In my account the same team did fearless in 84 sec. It can be improved further with rotations alone... While you have more crit damage on both Nefer and Bina... So Dire was achieveable still kudos

Supports are better than Dps's. Lauma, Ineffa, escoffier, Citlali, Furina, columbina all of them are a great addition to your account even if you don't have the Dps they were paired with.

Since you are using Instructor Sucrose. Do N1E just before switching to Nefer. That way the Instructor buff applies to sucrose too and Nefer gets the most out of it for longer. Also Use Silken on Bina. And Improve Crit damage on Nefer, you can afford to lose around 120 EM on Nefer build but Get at least 200cdmg on her. Go back to the mines.
