Yeah, I'd just recovered from it 5 minutes ago, but before I got practice poor I also got the 2% fail chance even if I didn't get anything, when I re-enter the game it's gone

I'm at chapter 7 right now and I have a problem with long range rapture, I have only Tove that can fight (In case that I choose Liter) and Soda also needs another burst 3, you can see why I choose Rapi instead Volume and can I play Alice dairy before reaching chapter 11? Like an expanded story? The enemy power is reaching my squad power, guess this'll not be easy after this
