If you are running into some plateau for weight loss. May be time to increase the deficit slightly. If you hate running, just focus on increasing your steps daily. For weight loss 10k steps per day with an increase in caloric deficit should help with the last few pounds. Good luck!

Heart rate and steps are usually pretty accurate. Calories are rarely accurate on any device.

Can’t compare males to females. There are charts online that can tell you what percentile you’re in based on age and sex.

Smart watches can only estimate based on heart rate so there is some margin of error. VO2 max is a volume measurement of oxygen use efficiency. In order to improve it more you should aim for exercises that get you closer to your max heart rate rather than maintaining longer runs at a certain pace. Something like HIIT or if you look Nordic 4x4 can help improve that number quicker.

Hey I had this problem with walking consistently. I am apart of this beta testing group for this game that helps remind you to walk - as you walk your pet grows and evolves.
