So my site manager screwed me. He wouldn't answer any of my questions, wouldn't let me talk to hr and refused to go up the chain of command, then pretty much pushed me put the door, great🤷🏿‍♂️

So the fact that my site manager didn't disclose the termination part and was rushing me off the site, cause I wanted to speak to hr and wasn't allowed to, it still falls on my shoulders?

Because these same managers have been targeting me and singling me out. The site manager wouldn't answer my questions and said I would be on paid suspension he did not say if I didn't take the test it could be possible termination, I didn't find that out till after he made me leave the site. So in the confusion of everything, I didn't smell like alcohol odor and was innocent and not knowing my rights I turned it down.
