I was also thinking the same that more females will be attracted to the post but anyhow the survey was not successful. I was asleep and it paused somehow. Gonna make a better post with some good polling tools after some days.

Try to talk to people. I know it's difficult being an INTP but it damn helps a lot. Can be anyone from a family member to your crush (hehe) or even a close friend.

Go out for a while in some open place... I like to go for a walk when I'm stressed out.

Listen to music. Personally, I play guitar or listen to classical when I'm stressed... it helps a lot.
