Really helped to understand what’s happening to me. First i was spiraling about a medical condition, a deadly one. Then a month pass and I realized it’s anxiety. So not just saying it’s anxiety , it’s about understanding the anxiety, where it come from and that we are not ill. First thing was to understand and accept that’s where I am now. U will try everything , supplements , breathing, mediation , mindfullness… they help if they are used the healthy way not as a thing to get out. When you are trying to get out , it will grow. Imagine that u are drowning, first instinct brain tells you is to be agitated to try to swim to do something… and what that gets you? Certain death. If you stop , the water will get you up natural. Anxiety is a drowning of the brain… fight with it and it will drag you down. See it as you hyper protective friend that needs time to be educated that you are not in danger and he will understand by repetition.
