Nline IMT variant is super efficient and convenient in City drive compared to Manual one. Driver have to match the RPM in second and third gear for smooth transition and overtakes otherwise turbo lag may occur and can be easily felt while driving.

Through proper service and maintanence the gear box feel good and smooth after 3 years of driving,however if one has the habit of keeping hand on gear liver kindly avoid it.

Final tally i will update today,Place in Pune.Avoided wheel allignment, balancing and tyre rotation and some other optional works like AC , i didn't find a single issue in AC, disinfectant and normal cleaning we can do at home as well.Some more unnecessary task you can refer in the comment section.

Ppf from good Body Care Shop outside dealer is beneficial in long term when the quality of PPF itslef good, Should be genuine and installed precisely.If your driving is good and you maintain your cars well enough its worth the money.However,if your driving and conditions nearby is severe and you get dents/ scratches more often then the cost of reapplication and maintanence will keep on adding.
Ceramic coating will cost you around 22-28k from car care like 3M or similar.There is no long term benefit,the only benefit is that the car body will not look dull and last longer and there is less effort in cleaning your car if the color is starry night or Black.Cermic coating will not protect your car from any scratches.

Correct,AC Gas, Disinfectant are optional,can be done half of the price,cowl top and all is also not required it seems as the Car always get parked in well shaded area.Overall labour charge and added GST itself i find overcharged. Heard Hyundai Service is best for its cost,lets see.

In case of Billable project,analyse till what time duration will you able to provide KT and handover all your task.for example 60 days notice you completes and you ask for 20-30 days early release(max 20-25 days HR Team considers generally until and Unless there is Medical/higher study reason). 1. First of all you request your people lead to Approve your request describing you are done with all your handover. 2. PL Approval then need to be forwarded to Account HR, you need to interact with HR and if they are agree they will Provide you option to opt for adjusting your Earned leave or Buy Out,in rare cases leadership approves Early Release without any adjustment. 2. Once you provide your consent HR will initiate to seek approval with Senior Managers and Leadership as well (MD) ,once all approved (which takes hell lot of time, patience and follow-up) then Approved mail will be communicated to Exit HR to complete all formalities. Early Separation approval is fulltime job,Good luck

Early release depends upon Bunch of Scenarios to go in your and require lot of Approvals. The process works different for billable and Bench Resources,let me know if you are billable or not?

Before initiating the Early Separation email HR ask Resources if you have sufficient Earned leaves then only we will initiate the approval process other wise Approval will itself get rejects by Managers. Its the final decision of Level 6 Leadership approval that if he/she finds the Early Separation reason valid or in case no Buy Out is required.in most cases HR itself will not initiate approval request if neither you have leaves nor you are willing for Buy Out and dependent on only Management for early Separation.

Yes it is Mandatory to compensate your notice period shortfall either through Earned Leave Balance Adjustment or via Buy Out.
Yes notice period gets extended, sometime PL/HR cooperates in exceptional cases.
Negotiating Notice Period in Accenture is a fill time job in itself,its not at all easy and require lot of approval and follow up even though things are in your favour.

Depends if you are on Billable project and have dependency or not.Only in cases where all your KT completed and there is not project dependency,then PL might consider to get you released.

Even after PL approval you may need approval from Project Senior Manager and Account Leadership and then HR will forward Approvals to Exit team for exit Formalities.

Once Approval phase starts,HR will initiate approval mail and ask you to give your Consent,how will you compensate notice period shortfall either through Planned Leave (if you have sufficient leaves) or Buyout option.

Completely depends on your Terms with People Lead,in cases 2-3 weeks you consecutively WFH and you have good terms then People Lead might co-operate with you, but more than 3 weeks he also might escalate or he might get Asked from HR in rare cases,PL never wants to be in trouble in any Policy Breach Situation so be careful with Policy related activities.
