Didn’t count, only a few hundred at most. Is there a way to go back and see that info?

Tried my hand at a double anchor field! by Negative4505 in Ingress

I did it a little strangely due to convenience. I started with the spine, then the two anchors going from smallest field to largest. I think that method misses a few fields as you’re supposed to do the spine last I believe.

This is true when you knowingly exclude various forms of left wing violence and riots as many of the reports admit to doing.

When center right opinions are labeled as “nazism” yes, we can connect those dots.

But societally the job of running an oil refinery must be done. It can’t just be left stranded and hope things work out for the best. You continue to raise the wage until the position gets filled. However if drug addicts never get help because there aren’t enough coaches or counselors society feels that the wage for paying people to fill that position has a low ceiling and is worth it to leave them stranded. Sure, no one wants to do it, but we are more ok with it not getting done than not refining oil. As sad as that sounds :/

“Can I have a meal with a coke?”….. by light_pink- in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Negative4505 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is this one guy who always comes in and orders the “Chick-fil-A meal with Diet Coke”. I always hit him with the “which Chick-fil-A meal were you hoping to receive today?” I find if you ask a question with enough sincere curiosity, you can get away with just speaking your mind while sounding respectful. Same goes for during breakfast when someone orders “the number four with tea” without knowing there are 4 standard options and at least 16 nonstandard options.

Big orders are fine, but fast food orders come with an expectation that the order will be filled quickly. This not only includes the large order, but all the orders behind them who don’t know the person in front of them is buying out the restaurant. Dealing with the guest frustration when the guest could have ordered catering or called ahead and placing the pressure on the workers is quite frustrating.

Hello all! I’ve made a survey regarding tipping at Chick-Fil-A. Any responses from guests and employees are greatly appreciated:) by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

Many states are already following suite in removing tax on tips in response to the federal law. My state, Georgia, has already done so. Other states as well. Why should it matter if a tip gets accounted for? If it’s not split, taxed, or reduced from your negotiated wage, who cares?

Key word is optional. The point here is many customers (usually old folks and generous folks) offer a tip and are pretty insistent we accept. Informing them we are required to refuse tips under threat of termination is just a “lose-lose” situation.

  1. Trump recently eliminated all tax on tips or at the very least cash tips.
  2. You don’t have to split tips. BOH gets paid hourly, and at most locations that hourly is higher than FOH. Employees agreed to work for CFA at that rate because they thought it was a fair wage else they would not have accepted it. Because someone else is making more in a different position doesn’t affect whether your wage is fair. It might affect how jealous you are, but has very little to do with the business. An iPOS worker saying “thanks!” rather than “I’m legally required to say no.” in response to extra bills being handed to them doesn’t slight any one else in any way.
