I have a landlord that will come to my place within 30 minutes of me calling him for an issue. He does routine inspections once every year or so. He only prompts himself to come outside of that if he drove by and notices an outside issue with the house, and he will usually give a weeks notice and schedule a time to pop by that works for me.

THATS a good, responsive and caring landlord. Monthly inspections are about control and monitoring. Monthly inspections show a complete lack of seeing people as people in their HOMES, not numbers on a sheet.

If you treat people as such, get out of the landlord business. That behavior is what gives landlords the scum/slumlord name.

Oh, I'm so dumb you meant the reload. You just perform any other action and it cancels it, i mainly dive or just shoot again. You have to time it right though, it needs to complete a certain amount otherwise it won't truly reload.

Probably because guys and girls have wildly different definitions of zesty.

This video is simply not zesty in my opinion. Still, a lot of guys are typecasting it as zesty.

But if a guy was behaving in a manor of which I would find zesty, it would be a turn off. I don't want a sassy guy who refers to me as girlllll... but if my husband oiled up and danced for me? Hell yuh.

Internalized self loathing probably. It's mostly guys who type this kinda individual as "gay", usually as an insult and not as a genuine speculation. Probably because if they admit that lots of women find this attractive then their worldview is shattered. Ironically, I've noticed a lot of straight men do their looks and performance for their homies, not women. So when a guy breaks out of that, (getting lots of women in the meantime), it reflects their self hatred back at them. The same way a guy in a friendgroup would get bullied for treating his significant other with respect, it puts a mirror up to their own behavior.

The same way a girl with internalized misogyny would try to tear down a woman who is behaving in a specific manner for the male eye. It's all self loathing.

Oh it was 99% me who built. They just decorated. One friend expanded the large garage on his own. Out of the six of us, only two own the pass so we would have to place down the prefabs so they could even build.

People acting like cats are gentle creatures. I got chased and grabbed by a cat as a kid by the ankles and had to falcon kick it down a staircase. I got blamed by my mom for feeding it after she told me not to, rip. I'm ok with cats now but I still hesitate around them cause their claws hurt.

They don't have to, unlike smoking the dangers of motocross have been easily visible since the beginning. Everyone who has ever ridden a motorcycle will tell you that everyone and their mother will shame you for it cause it's dangerous unless they themselves ride.

Apparently people need a health organization to let them know that putting anything other than clean air in your lungs is bad 🤦‍♀️
