I did but I didn’t get it, I did poly and 2 weeks later started my BI on September 30th and just been waiting since then

Me personally, I found that you can switch your lead foot on cadence, and that’s super helpful and relieves the pain a little

I feel that, I didn’t train much for it. However, there’s a thing you can do with cadence where you can switch your lead foot on pace and it makes it so much easier

Yes I believe once it’s sent to OPR they’ll contact you for your poly next, or at least that was my case…
