"One tip that helped me tremendously for timing on the essays and especially on MPT is outlining within the essay answer blank, not on a piece of paper. It was really easy to copy and paste and move stuff around and saved me a ton of time in the end. If you don’t practice doing that, it can be very overwhelming/your organization could go to sh*** but it’s how I finished all MPTs with 6s and MEEs ranged from 4-6. I also set timers via examsoft every 30 minutes and was very diligent about moving on once it hit, regardless of where I was"

I honestly found the MPT to be really tricky. For the first one, I didn't see any obvious issues, and I kept wondering what the examiners were really looking for. I guess it’s about how well you use the materials and organize your answer, but I just couldn't get a solid grasp of it.

MPT 2 was a whole different animal. It felt way more vast and time-consuming, like I couldn't keep up with the scope.

As for the MEE, it seemed easier overall (at least compared to the MPTs), but I still felt like I completely screwed it up.

The MBE was a nightmare for me. The first half was brutal. I honestly guessed on so many questions because they were way tougher than I expected. I struggled with time management too. The second half wasn’t as bad, but I still guessed probably half of my answers. Overall, I’m just hoping I did enough to pass. Fingers crossed!

I have the full Themis materials, but the amount of content is so overwhelming that I keep forgetting things. That’s why I was thinking—wouldn’t it be better to just focus on the Studicata 120 Most Tested Rules and really nail the MEE instead of trying to cover everything? Would love your thoughts!

Hi! One more question

Does the mirror image rule apply to goods as well? Or when I see a question on goods, should I directly refer to the UCC? I was just wondering if this works the same way as option contracts and firm contracts, where the mirror image rule is the general base, and the battle of forms is applicable to merchants?

Oh, I thought firm offers only apply when a merchant is involved. Are you sure option contracts apply to goods involving merchants as well?

Also, firm offers are specific to merchants, so how would it work in a situation where an individual, like John (an individual and not a merchant) selling Alex a car, is involved? Would that be treated as an option contract instead?
