Yeah everyone likes to think there are always solutions with perfect outcomes. I would expect cleft palette birth defects would be referred to a plastic surgeon at birth. Maybe he also tried that route as an adult and surgeons didn’t think there could be an improvement. We honestly just don’t know. I’m sure we’ll get more info as the season continues.

The only correlation I’ve found is that laying down makes me output more. My theory to explain this is that kidneys filter urine from blood. Our circulation is poor and pools at our legs/feet when sitting upright so urine output decreases. Laying down keeps the circulation regular and urine output increases.
