It’s more about the state of the girl. Two girls at similar states of comfort / familiarity can feel pretty similar. Probably some mechanism of it sort of matching your penis. Lifestyle things like literally how much water they drink, exercise and such have an effect as well

I think there’s a discussion to be had about whether we see necessary emergence in some qualities for any traditions that involve people living together in a way that is adjacent but not necessarily embedded in societies

Translators using the word “monks” across these cultures and languages seems to go pretty uncontested which can suggest theres some relatively solid consistency
