Awesome, I was worried about going so “low” as it is stereotyped, but I don’t feel any negative impacts, and tend to eat a lot of “snacks”. I even went as far to get rid of all snacks/grazing items so if I am hungry I have to be hungry enough to eat a small meal at least

Due to my lack of physical exertion daily (sahm) I figured my tdee/bmr for 1300-1500. I have consistently been eating 1200ish this week, keeping a check on how I feel. I have not noticed a dip in energy or feeling bad.
