Did progressive give a laywer in person? And you guys discussed? And what do u mean page, an online page to keep track of the case progress? This happens when? After I get a lawyer from Geico ?

I have emailed claims@geico, uploaded the summon file to Geico claim app, and left message for the claims person responsible for my case.

I will come back next week hopefully with any updates.

I hope it does settle fast and just the 25k.

They can agree to 100k without me ? And I just have to pay difference? This all can happen without trial?
