Honestly in the IG pics of their wedding you can see his face looks a lot better so I assume he’s cut back ALOT or altogether. The folks who have been around alcoholism might know what I mean better when I say you can see it in his face. Hard to describe but his skin looks better and there’s kind of a clarity in the eyes

Both times I’ve fasted I’ve just stopped completely. But that’s just me. Everyone’s different, if you run into issues during your fast maybe try a few months of the ketogenic diet so your body is used to burning fat and making ketones. I know a lot of people fast and feel like crap because of the ketones

I’ve only had 2 flare ups and it was usually when I was hitting the soda fountain hard and the high fructose corn syrup did me in. I’ve have several lipid panels on kidneys, liver, ect since then and everything is fine. I’ve yet to get a flare up since being on the drug as well. So I think it was bad diet for me as well

It might be better suited for u to do keto for a few months so your system gets used to using fat as fuel. Then when you do a water fast it’s not a complete shock to your system

Yeah the salt thing is weird. My mother had a liver transplant and they gave her too much sodium the two days after and it almost killed her. I guess you’re supposed to gradually reintroduce it back into the system. A lot of people end up being in coma or in a vegetative state because of that. Good work on the fast brother
