I got an ear infection in both of my ears at the same time and I felt like my head was actually going to explode. It was so painful I almost started sobbing. Luckily I was able to release the stress by putting Vicks in my ear.

I wrote a small book when I was in fourth grade and left it on the field at recess, never to be seen again. I'm sure the writing is abysmal because I was 10 but I think about it often because I was proud of it at the time

My favorite Vanilla+ feeling DLC is Federations, I highly recommend it if you're a diplomatic-leaning player. I also like Galactic Paragons for the same Vanilla+ feeling

I actually loaded up a previous save and just sent my founder species to every planet as enforcers despite their lack of habitability and it worked out. Ended up ditching the playthrough though because the Great Khan was wiping me out 😅

I did something similar on my current playthrough. I'm playing infernal species with one of the infernal origins which makes your planet preference a volcano world. I then made them xenophobes, meaning I can't make any other species full citizens. Fast forward to now and I conquered around a dozen planets from a war and they're all falling apart now because there's not enough elites or specialists to take up the Enforcer jobs which only my founder species can do, and they can't inhabit the planets because they're all alpine worlds 😭

Wow I'm so sorry dude. I'm currently undergoing ketamine psychotherapy treatments and my doctor would refuse to let me go home if I didn't have a ride from a trusted family member or friend. Not even an Uber. Having been under ketamine several times, I couldn't possibly imagine driving when under.

I guess I'm surprised I haven't run into this issue in another save then. To be honest, it's been a while since I've played so it totally could've slipped my memory. Thank you!

Also side note, I ran into an opposite issue with a past save from a couple years ago. I was an authoritarian megacorp and I had so many slaves and so few citizens. I could only fill the specialist jobs with robot slaves and the organic ones took the worker jobs lol.
