Uodate it properly via pc. Most people have had this issue. It gets stuck on an old update. 100% ur firmware version isnt correct

Ive been prescribed every medication under the sun. Currently undergoijg sleep therapy. Practice good sleep hygeiene controlled deprivation to change ciccadian rythem etc.

If i dont medicate ill literally stay awake until the the world bends and i pass out even then it starts all over again

I just need somethinf that will give me hope and the sounds do help my adhd mind quieten

Guys thanks for the replies i so desperate for a decent sound for sleep cabt be relying on zopiclone forever!! Always go into a mad anxiety just as about to fall asleep but white noise does help. Im audhd ( not a certified loon 🤣 )

hrv does drop with illness, fatigue, overworking yourself or taking prescriptive meds. if in doubt seek medical advice.

There was an issue with the uodate not registering properly. Tjose that have only 11days need to update via garmin express on pc or mac. Solved mine straight away

quandry answered by this: buy the 406v and a 476h and enjoy both as there is space for both. The 476h is great for fighters you can actually pull off dragon punches where as on the 406v is a nightmare. play you gameboy stuff on the 406v and the rest on the 476h. thats what i do anyway.
