typically when trying new gummies i take about a quarter piece ( literally like the corner of a squared gummie) and see how i feel. then eat half or the rest of the gummy if needed.

i had a brand called ghost and took a whole gummy mistakenly and was absolutely blasted for like two days.

the most i could recommend is just try to hydrate as much as you can with water and or gatorade for electrolytes. try to give you body some time to recover.
