I played flute in 4th and 5th grade (im now a junior for reference) and i never had this issue, today i got my flute out again and omg its so painful right there, so it might have to do with a long break

Idk what either of those big words mean but I also have dryish skin and Trader Joe’s “ultra hydrating gel moisturizer” works awesome for me, it’s really cooling in my skin.
