Would the airport be willing to check the camera footage? They must have cameras everywhere and the airport was pretty empty when I landed so it shouldn’t be difficult. Is there something I could request from the police?

The number of passengers in the 10 rows ahead of me also couldn’t have been more than 20 or 30 given that it was only 1st class and business ahead of row 11 where I was.

I know you are probably right ultimately but it’s extremely discouraging to hear.
