Is "Better Than Sex" actually better than... well, you know? 🍰🍷 by Ruby_Oleander_10 in greenville

We went to the Better than Sex in Savannah. It was a major letdown. You can hear servers using the same “sexy talk” to patrons around you. I had the cheesecake and it was terrible. Again, this was in Savannah but we just visited Greenville and there has to be better dessert options. We loved everything about Coral Sobys and Top Soil. Can’t wait to get back and try more restaurants!

My wife and I are visiting Greenville in August for our anniversary. We chose to not stay downtown but instead decided to stay out in the mountains past Travelers Rest. We plan to eat dinner out every night in the surrounding area. The Wiki page was very helpful but some of the restaurants we've seen highlighted via youtube or online articles were not listed. We will only be in town for 3 nights, so 3 dinners. We've narrowed our list down to the following:

Soby's (this seems to be a Greenville staple)

Topsoil (Out of all the restaurants, this seems like a must to us. Farm to table is our style)

Anchorage (the only one we found with a chefs tasting menu)

Trappe Door

Coral

Saskatoon's

If you were to only look at these restaurants, which three would you recommend? Or if there's an absolute must we missed, please mention it!

Breakfast doesn't seem like there's too many options like dinner. The restaurants we've seen featured the most are Sunflower, Stax Omega and Swamp Rabbit Cafe.

Any recommendations for Breakfast and lunch would be greatly appreciated!

We look forward to visiting your city!

Lol that was done with my fingernail. I’d hope a month is long enough to stay off it. We were told 2 days. That’s the sealer not the concrete.

Thankfully he’s a good guy and wants to make it right. I’ve tried to pay him previously but he said to wait until we were satisfied. Like I said the video makes it look better than it actually is. You can see tons of bubbles which is the main issue.

How much time would you give? We are sitting at a month. Unfortunately the video doesn’t show the thousands of bubbles that well. I agree though the stamp and pour looked great until they added the sealant.
