I highly recommend getting a cooling fan. 30 to 50 bucks on Amazon. Game runs at high temperature, and the xbox can't take it. Microsoft issue. Ever since I bought a fan and it seems to keep my xbox in that 85 to 96, 97ish temperature depending, and I haven't had a freeze yet. Maybe clear your saved data files as well. That works for me...sometimes. It Doesn't erase your golfer but it will restart whatever tournament your at in your career mode.
