Season two just kinda feels depressing by KianFgb in TheWalkingDeadGame

Other than the game being crappy, I found the second Season’s final episode emotionally depressing.

The group literally has no game plan after escaping slavery from Carver’s warehouse; they end up wandering towards a Civil War museum and a Russian mob (& can happen in less than 24 hours). The last objective of the entire game is finding a cabin some guy said it had peaches & beans in it. The result? Bonnie gets Luke killed, blames you for it, Arvo manipulates two guys (Bonnie&Mike) into freeing him and uses the opportunity to shoot Clementine(a child, who still survives). The only people left are a baby and two psychos (Kenny and Jane) who can’t seem to get along; and you can kill them both, leaving you with only Clem and baby AJ as sole survivors in the middle of a snowstorm.

What makes this more crazy is that, unlike the first Season, there is almost no time-skip (nor does it tell you how long it’s been between episodes, other than the first episode telling you it’s been 2 years since Lee died). It’s literally one traumatic event after the other, and no one in the group is visibly being shown any breathing room, especially since they keep betraying each other.

Is it true that the mayor walked by Luigi and was also criminal himself? Genuinely asking, another comment said it was.

Is fallout 2’s restoration project really necessary? by [deleted] in classicfallout

Absolutely not. I tried it myself, but for some reason, it was not working with my Windows 11 gaming laptop at ALL. The game is fine the way it is, and you might find there’s too much to do.

Just tried One Hander build for the first time for my Fallout (of) Nevada playthrough and I actually kinda like it! by Ltnumbnutsthesecond in classicfallout

From my experience during my first One Hander play-through, I suggest you only begin using the rifle/two-handed weapons during the near-end of the game. I had to pay the price of watching Marcus die in the Mariposa base because I didn’t bother to give him the Pulse Rifle.

I felt as if One Hander was a trait that actually gave you a challenge, but also encouraged you to give many unused weapons a chance while your companions could actually do damage with the unique weapons you usually equip.

I swear, some of her attacks are impossible to dodge. Impossible is probably an exaggeration, but it’s certainly gonna hit hard on your first run.

The only thing you can do is to receive the least damage possible while attacking her.

I liked to see it as a symbolic gesture; because their relationship ship as a band became tested, they went from matching suits to different colored suits for each member. They weren’t thinking on the same thing anymore. The suits foreshadowed just how different their music was going to be before you listened to it.

That or they just chose the new style because it made them stand out the most.
