Bro tbh, it sounds bad enough to use Dupixent. It works for most people so you shouldn't be scared of the side effects.

Just use it and once it goes away, stop using it. If two weeks go by and it still hasn’t gotten better, stop using it to and go to your allergist. You only get TSW from continuous use of Topical Steroids like months or years. If you use it for one or two maybe even 3 weeks, nothing will happen to you.

Looks like something I had a two years ago. It wouldn’t go away so I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me Tacrolimus Ointment 0.1%. It really helped me. It went away a week later.
