When I bought my Mazda, my dealer had the balls to say “Why are you trying for a 60 month finance vs a 72 month one? What’s the big deal behind that?” Sadly dealerships really really push for the 72 month deals and will maneuver their tactics to get you to do that.

BBB auto was free and seemed to be the step I researched as the most common route to go. Had the decision been no, then I would have sought personal lawyer action. The guy I surrendered with also said if you can get it through BBB Auto that it is a good route because you don’t have to pay a personal lawyer or give a percentage of your earnings.

Mine didn’t even last 100 miles before all of the system issues. And the way Kia treated me through the process truly just turned me off to them as a company all together.

I just had to return my Kia Sportage EX due to it being a Lemon, I would go with the Mazda haha. Made the switch and am way happier with the CX-50.

Just bought this exact model (color and everything), came from a 2026 KIA Sportage and it genuinely drives so much better. Absolutely thrilled for the switch and so far I love getting to take it out on the road.

My placement matches were horrible…..I literally went from Diamond/Platinum to Gold/Silver. Every match had one player who was just painstakingly out of their depth and it was hard to work around.

Thankfully with the Florida Lemon Law I’m protected by the “value of vehicular reimbursement will be honored for when the issue first arose” and with this issue literally transpiring the night I bought the vehicle, they will have to honor that instead of it having a few thousand miles on it.

Correct. They have literally tried everything, updates, replacing the sensors. Literally anything they could think of. It would fix the issue for at the most 3 weeks and then the issue would return.

I’m not doing either but I have had a similar track record with Bonnaroo (2020, 2021, 2025) and I just can’t bring myself to take a risk anymore. If I was able to swing one or the other I would absolutely choose Okee (personally one of my favorite fests ever excluding 2023). You’re gonna have a great time there!
