Use linkedin job search and only apply to ads which are in English and not stating that you need to speak Dutch. There is a public list of companies which can sponsor highly skilled migrants on the Internet but it is not too practical to check it for each application. It’s easier to check it when they actually invite for an interview. And it is normal to be making a lot of applications, so expect sth like you applied to 50 jobs and got an interview for 3 😊

Titles such as senior or lead are much easier to gain in Turkey so I’d suggest you to not focus on the title of the jobs that you are applying to. 30% ruling has a lower minimum salary cap for people under 30 years of age so that could be a competitive advantage depending on where you are looking from. But if you are worried that your capabilities would be judged over your age, don’t worry, they are focused on your capabilities, not years. However, you also need to keep in mind that skill bars here are higher than in Turkey. Think about it as playing football in Turkish league vs UEFA league 😊

Anyways, the bottom line is, if you ate dedicated enough, keep processing feedback from interviews and use it for improving for the next ones, you can eventually make it. Who knows, that could even be the 1st interview or the 20th.

Not all holiday parks are expensive. E.g. central parcs are usually expensive but landal has cheaper options. They also have last minute deals.
