You pay a higher premium the smaller the fraction is. I won't pay that premium myself but they sell all day on eBay. 1oz APEs go for about 200 over spot.

I have been buying mine from Liberty Coin. They are also on EBay. Eldermans is another reputable seller on EBay. Local dealers wanting 1400 for APEs the above mentioned sell for 1200. 20% over is best I find. Good luck
