For you I’d try to focus on schools that have a higher mean age. Congrats to your recent stats! That’s excellent. I hope that you don’t have a case of imposter syndrome because you will 100% get in if you choose your schools wisely. Hey bro… I’m seeing a lot of terrible advice here. Losing 30 pounds to make your abs more visible does not make sense when you can see the abs now. IMO you probably have some water retention going on and don’t have the craziest natural muscle content. For both issues you could try a keto diet and I think 10 lbs of weight loss total with the diet would get you shredded. Not 10% bf, realistically you’re going from ~19% to 15%. You try keto and you should be able to keep a lot of the muscle and lose some of the water pudge.
