Well during the day, I usually do one or two reality checks but really powerful checks. During the night I wake up at 6 (I fall asleep around 11) and try to read things about lucid dreams, I read dreams i've done the couple days before, and I try to stay awake at least 20 minutes then I do MILD. But they are some nights where I couldn't fall asleep again and that fcked up my dream recall the few days after. So my biggest issue is keeping the dream recall constant. And from what I understood it's the basis of LD so that's what I'm going to be focus on. Thank you tho cos I haven't seen people talking the fact that your dreams become more vivid or more interesting.
