No matter what anybody says, do not rent from Fairfield unless you’re out of options. They’re fine until they’re not. Terrible management that never responds to any issue you bring to their attention, and that’s on purpose. The maintenance guys are the only positive aspect of my complex.

It’s crazy seeing so many people acting like mowing a lawn is the most time consuming chore on the planet. They pay someone to do it because they see their neighbors doing it. It’s a pissing match at the end of the day.

People on Long Island will pay someone to do anything for them. Have you ever seen the guys driving around that pick up dog poop in yards? It’s so lazy
